Chandigarh kare Aashiqui: Movie Review

Where love knows nothing but love!

When you watch a film that you can relate with- is a high for all of us. But when you watch a film, that contains a not so relatable issue, yet raises your thinking quotient- becomes a special watch. Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui is a good reason to give your mind some exercise. A perfect package of entertainment, and social message, this should not be missed.

Chandigarh kare Aashiqui is a sensitive subject dealt with appreciable sensibility, and simplicity. Aayushmann Khurrana in a recent interview did state that he wants to be a risk-taker, as far as his roles are concerned. And why not? He has the endurance to carry such subjects on his shoulders. Please do not forget to laud Vaani Kapoor for her stance to be a part of a league se hatke subject, when you watch the FILAM. Though she needs to work on her acting skills, a bit more.

I absolutely loved the first half of CKA. The little details and nuances Abhishek Kapoor had worked on are terrific. An impressive screenplay leaves you with subtle details to get the hold of the plot. And you do get it, without losing the hunger to know how, and when the truth will eventually evolve in the film!

The screenplay does not drag and keeps you enacted throughout the movie. Another interesting fact is that no long monologues have been filmed to capture the vulnerability of the subject. Everything flows, and does not leave you with a heavy head.

Chandigarh kare Aashiqui is  definitely a watch!
